Jordan
As a yoga teacher (and student), Jordan is all about the balance - both on and off the mat. She believes yoga should be a joy, not an arduous task that hangs over us as something we ‘should’ do.
After completing her Vinyasa teacher training at Modern Movement on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, her particular focus has been on finding the pause between each moment - no matter how challenging it might be. Working with the sthira and sukha - each supporting the other.
An equal passion for the Yin and the Yang in life, means a love of both the fast-paced, dynamic vinyasa sessions and the depth and richness of a Yoga Nidra. Her love of poetry and the power of words has helped her connect to the beauty of the Sanskrit language and the philosophy behind the yoga we practice today.
Jordan’s classes will lead you through smooth sequencing and yummy flows, working within what feels best for YOUR body. Whether it’s a fiery, heated flow or a gentle, stretching mellow - each practice is held with deep intention. A reminder that your time on the mat, is yours.

Carys
Carys grew up in leafy Hampshire, where her love for movement started at a young age, she became at the time the youngest instructor to train with APPI. Influenced by her parents' careers as physiotherapists and her own passion for movement, like horse riding, surfing, and the occasional dance, Carys discovered her calling in Pilates.
With over seven years of teaching experience, Carys started out in a clinical setting, working alongside physiotherapists and consultants to support clients through their rehab journeys. From there, she moved into online classes and small group sessions setting up her own Pilates studio, teaching both mat and reformer.
She’s recently returned from an incredible year in Sydney, where she spent her time surfing, sipping coffee, and working with some of the best in the industry. Where she deepened her knowledge and refined her teaching style to incorporate a multifaceted approach, shaping a fresh, layered approach to Pilates—blending precise technique, flowing sequences, and plenty of burn.
Carys’ style is all about being inclusive and supporting you as you become a stronger, more confident version of the already amazing person you are. She approaches her class like dance on the mat, with a focus on form and flow. Whether you’re a Pilates newbie or a long-time Pilates lover, rest assured you’ll be thinking of her a few days after class when you laugh or try to climb stairs!
