Our studio is fitted with far-reaching infra-red panels, to offer hot yoga and Pilates.

Our classes span from those designed for complete beginners, to those shaped around developing an existing practice.

All of our classes are 45 minutes.

Yoga

Pilates

Pilates is a versatile exercise system that enhances core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through controlled movements and precise techniques, Pilates promotes balanced muscle development, improved posture, and a strong, toned physique.

Barre

Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to deliver a full-body workout that sculpts and tones. Through a series of dynamic movements and isometric holds at the barre, this class enhances flexibility, builds core strength, and improves overall muscle endurance, offering a challenging and effective fitness experience.
